Job summary

ICU Medical is seeking a Senior Manager of Production to lead the manufacturing of high-quality products on time and within budget. The role requires coordinating with Molding, Materials, and Maintenance, driving key performance metrics, and ensuring staff competency and safety.

You will supervise production leadership, manage headcount, and champion process improvements to meet production goals across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Minimum 4 years in high-volume manufacturing environments (injection molding/medical device preferred).
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead production leadership team to meet schedule and cost targets.
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments (Molding, Materials, Maintenance).
• Ensure personnel are trained with required competencies and safety standards.
• Manage headcount within budget and approve staffing changes.
• Drive process improvements and cost-reduction programs.
• Interface with senior management on key production metrics and decisions.
