Job summary

ICU Medical in Salt Lake City is seeking an Operations Manager of Production to ensure on-time, on-budget manufacturing of high-quality medical devices. You will provide production leadership and coordinate with molding, materials, maintenance, and other functions to meet schedule and cost targets.

The ideal candidate brings a bachelor’s degree, 4+ years in manufacturing leadership, and strong staff development, safety and continuous improvement skills in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Minimum 2 years of high-volume manufacturing in a facility; injection molding or medical device background preferred.
• Strong leadership, supervision, and employee relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead production leadership to meet the schedule and budget.
• Ensure personnel training and competency.
• Manage headcount within budget and staffing changes.
• Coordinate with molding, materials, maintenance, and other cross-functional teams.
