Responsibilities

• Manage production operations for the assigned shift and unit.
• Supervise workers operating production machinery, quality control, and packing.
• Coordinate maintenance and communicate needs with maintenance/engineering teams.
• Monitor output against schedules and ensure adequate inventory and staffing.
• Lead the team and support HR with performance and disciplinary actions as needed.
