Qualifications

• Associate's Degree and 3-5 years' experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education & Experience.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations or Business degree.

Responsibilities

• Sets up and operates automatic or semi-automatic machines.
• Monitors production/process specifications and ensures adherence.
• Supervises production operations and the production team.
• Notifies maintenance departments when equipment requires repair.
• Coordinates the flow of work and ensures staffing levels are appropriate.
