Sony Interactive Entertainment is hiring a Senior Production Manager – Studio Operations to join the Head of Production organization. You will partner with development teams and leaders to align priorities and translate strategic goals into effective execution across multiple game studios.

This role focuses on scalable, high-performing production practices and cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced environments, shaping routines and processes for better efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with development teams to understand production challenges, risks, and opportunities.
• Provide targeted support on high-priority initiatives and areas of need.
• Identify common themes across studios to inform broader improvements.
• Establish and maintain clear, consistent reporting frameworks to support leadership visibility.
• Ensure project information is accurate, actionable, and accessible for decision-making.
• Support and manage key operating rhythms, including studio reviews and leadership forums.
• Translate strategic initiatives into clear, actionable plans for studios and partner teams.
• Collaborate with production, product, finance, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Deliver structured, high-quality communication to support executive decision-making.
• Document and standardize effective production processes and workflows.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce operational friction.
• Partner with central teams to align tools, processes, and ways of working.
• Provide advisory support to help teams navigate ambiguity and complex production challenges.
