Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years in an Operations Manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong understanding of operational procedures, project management, and process optimization.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Inventory management experience required.
• Solid financial acumen with budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for efficient workflow and high-quality service in the One Day Bath industry.
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals and promote continuous improvement.
• Manage and oversee the Operations team including; Installation Managers, Installation teams, Warehouse, and office staff.
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members to foster a positive work environment and improve overall team performance.
• Monitor operational performance metrics, generate reports, and identify opportunities to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee inventory management and supply chain processes - Experience with WMS or ERP system highly preferred.
• Manage budgets, allocate resources effectively, and control operational costs to maximize profitability.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors, customers, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements (OSHA knowledge).
• Work collaboratively with Jacuzzi Group manufacturing facilities to ensure timely delivery of materials.
