Job summary

Jacuzzi Bath Remodel is hiring a Construction/Installation Manager in Portland, Oregon. Lead multiple installation crews and ensure quality, safety and customer satisfaction throughout residential remodel projects.

You will oversee installation methods, plumbing processes and coordination with cross-functional teams, while driving revenue and delivering a great customer experience in a fast-growing business unit.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of progressive installation experience (Residential remodels preferred).
• Proven ability to lead installers.
• Leadership skills to motivate staff and manage an installation team (5 crews).
• Able to relate and communicate with all levels of employees and clients.
• Strong understanding of Materials/Supply Chain and Product Flow.
• Must be dependable - must demonstrate thorough follow-up and responsiveness.
• Customer centric.

Responsibilities

• Supervising all production operations such as installation methods, plumbing processes, vehicle maintenance and customer satisfaction.
• Review installation situations with clients before, during and after install.
• Manage an installation team installing, servicing and repairing bath/shower systems.
• Conduct site visits and meet customers to review experience.
• Manage installation revenue and report success to leadership.
• Provide leadership and training to achieve company goals and objectives.
• Foster a safety-minded culture and maintain a safe work environment.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely invoicing and payment collection.
