Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related technical or business discipline and 4+ years of directly related experience.
Practical knowledge of products, manufacturing processes, and quality or operations support, including information systems.
Demonstrated teamwork and leadership to achieve objectives and drive change.

Responsibilities

Supervise and direct work activity of Leads; allocate workload and develop subordinates.
Identify continuous improvement opportunities; champion Lean Kaizen and cost-reduction efforts.
Coordinate new product launches with Engineering and ensure quality standards.
