Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 5+ years manufacturing experience, or Associate’s with 2+ years, or Bachelor’s with 1+ year.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily manufacturing activities to meet production plans.
• Own safety, quality, delivery, and cost metrics for the area.
• Lead daily progress reviews and coordinate schedules.
• Assist layout optimization for equipment and flow of materials.
• Provide first-line troubleshooting and escalate as needed.
• Hire, onboard, train, and evaluate manufacturing staff.
• Maintain 5S and clean, organized work area.
• Monitor inventory and support data collection and documentation.
