Job summary

Life Science Outsourcing Inc (LSO) in Brea, California is seeking a Maintenance Technician to own preventive and corrective maintenance on cleanroom production equipment, HVAC/HEPA systems, and facility infrastructure in a regulated environment.

You will perform PM and troubleshooting tasks, document actions in CMMS, and support safety, quality, and production continuity while coordinating with Quality and Operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical/vocational degree or certificate preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, FDA-regulated preferred.
• Demonstrated experience with preventive maintenance programs and CMMS software.
• Practical knowledge of HVAC/HEPA filtration, pneumatics, and electrical/mechanical troubleshooting.
• Ability to read technical manuals, P&IDs, electrical schematics, and maintenance procedures.
• Working knowledge of Cal/OSHA regulations, LOTO procedures, and safe chemical handling.

Responsibilities

• Execute preventive maintenance tasks on cleanroom production equipment, HVAC/HEPA systems, and utilities following SOPs and PM work orders.
• Document PM activity in the CMMS, recording findings, parts used, and corrective actions.
• Monitor environmental parameters (temp, humidity, differential pressure) and escalate deviations.
• Inspect and replace HEPA filters and related components on validated schedules.
