Job summary

Soap Creek Resources in Wisconsin seeks a Production Manager to direct production and maintenance across our Montello and Wautoma sites. You will be accountable for production performance, quality, and cost efficiency, reporting to the president.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing, with leadership in operations.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities across teams and functions.
• Experience with lean manufacturing techniques including 5S is required.
• Familiarity with SYSPRO or similar ERP systems is preferred.
• BS in Operations Management or equivalent experience is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational efficiency across both Wautoma and Montello locations, overseeing ~100 employees.
• Manage production schedules, foster teamwork, and implement lean practices to minimize costs and errors.
• Lead the development of a high-performing workforce culture and drive strategic departmental growth.
