Job summary

The Recruiting Hive seeks a Production Manager to lead manufacturing and maintenance, directing production performance and quality while controlling costs. You will report to the president and oversee two Wisconsin sites with about 100 employees.

Responsibilities include scheduling, lean implementation (5S), and building a strong, collaborative team culture. A BS in Operations Management and 10+ years in manufacturing are desired; SYSPRO is preferred. This is an on-site role in Montello/Wautoma.
