Job summary

Top Echelon LLC is helping a contract manufacturer of electromechanical assemblies fill a Production Manager position in Wisconsin (Montello/Wautoma). You will direct production and maintenance, drive efficiency, ensure quality, and report to the president.

Leading about 100 employees across two sites, you’ll implement lean methods and coordinate schedules to meet targets. Ideal candidates have 10+ years in manufacturing with operations leadership, 5S experience, and familiarity with SYSPRO.

Qualifications

• Experience leading manufacturing operations and driving efficiency.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Experience with lean manufacturing (5S) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct production and maintenance across two sites (Montello & Wautoma).
• Drive production performance, schedule adherence, and cost control.
• Implement lean practices to minimize waste and defects.
• Report to the president and influence strategic decisions.
