You will be responsible for production performance while maintaining quality requirements in the most cost-effective manner.You will report to the president of the company.

What you will be doing:
- The Production Manager is crucial in driving operational efficiency across both Wautoma and Montello locations, ensuring teams achieve their targets smoothly.There are about 100 employees between the 2 locations.
- Responsibilities include managing production schedules, fostering teamwork, and implementing lean manufacturing practices to minimize costs and errors—making a tangible impact on the company’s success.

What they are looking for:
- Expertise in manufacturing leadership and operational management.
- 10+ years’ experience in the manufacturing industry, with at least in an operations leadership role.
- Experience with lean manufacturing techniques such as 5S.
- Working Knowledge of computer systems for managing production schedules (familiarity with SYSPRO is preferred).
- Must be an effective communicator both verbal and written
- BS in Operations Management or equivalent experience is strongly encouraged.
