The Production Manager is crucial in driving operational efficiency across both Wautoma and Montello locations, ensuring teams achieve their targets smoothly.There are about 100 employees between the 2 locations.

Expertise in manufacturing leadership and operational management.
10+ years’ experience in the manufacturing industry, with at least in an operations leadership role.
Experience with lean manufacturing techniques such as 5S.
Working Knowledge of computer systems for managing production schedules (familiarity with SYSPRO is preferred).
Must be an effective communicator both verbal and written
BS in Operations Management or equivalent experience is strongly encouraged.
