Job summary

XeteX is seeking a Production Manager to provide operational leadership across multiple departments, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing. The role directs supervisors and production teams, manages resources, and collaborates with engineering, maintenance, and quality to hit performance targets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and 10+ years of production experience including 5+ years in a supervisory capacity.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in supervisory role.
• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, operation, or business preferred.
• Experience leading teams or projects is strongly desired but not required.
• Lean manufacturing and continuous process improvement experience (preferred).
• 10+ years production experience, 5+ years supervisory experience.
• Self-starter. Able to.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct leadership to production supervisors and indirect leadership to staff across all assigned departments.
• Translate production goals into executable daily/weekly schedules across all departments.
• Coordinate workloads between departments to optimize flow and meet delivery expectations.
• Work closely with Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance to resolve throughput or product issues.
• Ensure production documentation, process forms, and reports are completed accurately and on time.
• Oversee adherence to standard work, operating procedures, and quality specifications.
