The Pivot Group Network is partnering with Whitehall, MI-based manufacturers to identify a results-driven Production Manager. You will lead daily operations, develop schedules, control costs and mentor staff to meet delivery and quality targets.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in manufacturing production management, including supervision of teams.
Proven track record of improving production efficiency, quality, and safety metrics.
Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Experience with ERP systems and MES.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
Develop and implement production schedules to meet delivery targets.
Monitor production costs and implement strategies for cost reduction.
Manage and mentor production staff, including performance reviews and training.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Collaborate with other departments, such as supply chain and engineering, to optimize production processes.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
