The Pivot Group Network in Wyoming, MI is partnering with leading manufacturers to recruit a Production Manager who can drive daily production operations, scheduling, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in manufacturing production management, Lean manufacturing experience, and hands-on ERP/MRP experience to optimize planning and control. This role offers growth and exposure to diverse manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in manufacturing production management.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 quality systems.
Experience using ERP/MRP for production planning and control.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
Develop and implement production schedules to meet demand and delivery targets.
Monitor production performance and identify areas for improvement.
Lead and develop a team of production supervisors and staff.
Ensure safety, quality standards, and policy compliance.
Collaborate with departments to optimize processes and resolve issues.
Manage production budgets and control costs.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity and reduce waste.
