Job summary

The Pivot Group Network is seeking a Production Manager for Hudsonville, MI to lead daily manufacturing operations, optimize production schedules, and drive lean improvements. You will work with manufacturers in the West Michigan region to align goals and advance manufacturing excellence.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in production management, with strong leadership skills and ERP/MRP experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in production management within a manufacturing environment.
Proven track record of improving production efficiency, quality, and cost control.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in developing and mentoring staff.
In-depth knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, continuous improvement methodologies, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets are met.
