Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 5-7+ years of production or manufacturing management experience.
• Experience with HVAC or related industrial equipment strongly preferred.
• Proven leadership and strong decision-making abilities.
• Experience with ERP/MRP and lean manufacturing methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to meet schedules and deadlines.
• Manage labor, materials, equipment, and other resources.
• Monitor costs and identify waste-reduction opportunities.
• Lead, train, and develop production personnel with a safety culture.
• Ensure product quality and compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with Quality and Engineering to resolve defects.
• Drive continuous improvement via Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent.
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Work with multiple departments to align production goals.
• Interface with customers on production updates.
• Develop and manage production budgets for efficiency and margins.
