You will optimize processes, manage supplier relationships and inventory planning, and collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Sales to meet demand. A track record in lean, Six Sigma, and manufacturing leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of manufacturing operations, production management, or industrial engineering experience.
• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement experience preferred.

• Lead production optimization initiatives focused on throughput, quality, efficiency, and scalability.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements, tooling enhancements, and workflow changes.
• Establish and monitor quality control processes and key production KPIs.
• Lead new product introductions from first article through full-scale production.
• Manage supplier relationships, sourcing activities, and inventory planning processes.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Sales to align production with business demand.

This role will be responsible for improving production efficiency, scaling manufacturing operations, supporting new product launches, and building the processes needed to support continued growth. The Sr. Production Manager will be responsible for:

• Lead production optimization initiatives focused on throughput, quality, efficiency, and scalability
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements, tooling enhancements, and workflow changes

The Sr. Production Manager should have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred
• 5+ years of manufacturing operations, production management, or industrial engineering experience
• Proven success improving production lines through process optimization and workflow design
• Experience with new product introduction (NPI) and manufacturing scale-up efforts
• Strong background in supplier management, inventory planning, and production forecasting
• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement experience preferred
• Experience in HVAC, mechanical assemblies, electromechanical products, or similar manufacturing environments preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and project execution skills
