Job summary

Chandler Inc. is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a skilled production team, and deliver high-quality custom millwork projects on time and safely.

You will develop schedules, optimize workflows, and collaborate with engineering, estimating, project management, and operations to drive continuous improvement and successful project rollouts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in production/manufacturing.
• 3+ years in supervisory or management.
• Experience with high-end millwork and carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee daily production activities to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Develop detailed production schedules and allocate resources.
• Drive Lean initiatives and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, estimating, and project management.
• Ensure safety protocols and quality standards.
