FAM Brands is seeking an experienced Production Lead for on-site work in Bell, CA, with HQ relocation to Beverly Hills in 2026. The role demands strong apparel production expertise, FOB/DDP knowledge, and international vendor coordination to ensure timely delivery.

You will manage the Production T&A calendar, collaborate across Design, Sales, Logistics, QA, and Order Management, and oversee PLM/Centric workflows with emphasis on APAC production and overseas partners.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of demonstrable experience in apparel production.
• Must be self-managing with strong time management.
• Understanding of FOB / DDP terms and international logistics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proactive team player.
• Extensive import experience and APAC production exposure.
• Familiarity with PLM systems is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage Production T&A Calendar from Order Allocation through Shipping.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Design, Sales, Logistics, and QA to hit milestones.
• Own styles by updating Centric, AS400, and Excel WIPs.
• Join internal fittings as needed and review bulk fabrics, trims, packaging, and markings.
• Communicate with overseas vendors and identify issues to maintain schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Production T&A Calendar from Order Allocation through Shipping.
• Partner with all cross functional teams to meet milestones including, but not limited to Design, Sales, Technical Design, Logistics, Packaging, QA & Order Management.
• Own your styles by constantly updating Centric, AS400 and Excel WIPs.
• Join internal fitting sessions designated by Brand as needed.
• Review/Approve items such as Bulk Fabric, Trims, Packaging, Folding, and Carton Markings.
• Own Vendor Communication with our Overseas Partners.
• Identify and Trouble Shoot through potential issues in order to stay on schedule.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 6+ years of demonstrable experience in Apparel Production.
• Must be self-managing.
• Understanding of FOB / DDP.
• Exceptionally organized with strong time management and multi-tasking ability.
• Strong verbal & written communication skills.
• Think outside the box – initiative takers and collaborative team members.
• Extensive Import Experience / Different Time Zones.
• Current APAC production experience is required.
• Licensed Apparel Experience is a requirement.
• Must be familiar with using a PLM, Centric preferred.

This is a full-time, onsite position based at our current corporate office in Bell, CA 5553-B Bandini Blvd, Bell, CA 90201. In Summer 2026, our corporate headquarters will relocate to 9242 Beverly Blvd, Beverly Hills, CA 90210.

At FAM Brands, we are committed to fair and transparent compensation. Salary ranges for positions are based on job level, location, and market data. We offer competitive benefits and are dedicated to equal pay for equal work. Specific salary offers depend on each candidate’s qualifications and experience. FAM Brands also offers all employees participation in our annual bonus program (Non-Sales) or commission program (Sales).

Compensation Range: $110,000 USD - $120,000 USD
