Job summary

Central Business Solutions, Inc. in Berlin, New Jersey, is seeking a Production Superintendent/Production Manager to oversee a 24/7 manufacturing operation, drive safety, quality, and efficiency, and mentor a team across supervision, engineering and technicians.

The role requires a bachelor's degree and at least five years of operational leadership in manufacturing; you will manage budgets, KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean/5S, while ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in management, engineering or relevant field is required.
Minimum 5 years of operational leadership experience in manufacturing.
Experience with 24/7 manufacturing environments preferred.
Strong track record of improving safety, productivity and quality.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of supervisors to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production output.
Drive accountability across the production organization with clear expectations.
Own and communicate KPIs, trends and performance metrics.
Identify and implement Lean manufacturing and 5S initiatives.
Develop and execute training and workforce development plans.
Collaborate cross-functionally to balance operational needs and change initiatives.
