Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Certification in Team Skills required.
• Bi-lingual language skills a plus.
• Technical knowledge of automated cleaning agents and equipment handling required.
• Ability to work in a team-based environment and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Maintain total process ownership to ensure optimal manufacturing conditions.
• Handle production materials from loading to finished goods.
• Ensure product quality and adherence to specs.
• Perform shipping-related duties including packing, palletizing, and loading trailers.
• Assist with receiving materials and unloading trailers as needed.
• Operate and troubleshoot various manufacturing equipment.
• Adhere to sanitation and cleaning protocols for equipment and facility.
