Qualifications

• Certification in Team Skills is required.
• Knowledge/understanding of QES standards is required.
• Strong organization and attention to detail required.
• Basic math, reading and writing skills required.
• PC skills required.
• Bi-lingual language skills a plus.
• Ability to work in a team-based environment required.
• Ability to communicate effectively required.
• Ability to operate machines at a basic level required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain total process ownership to optimize manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Handle basic product processing to convert raw material into finished goods.
• Complete safety and environmental training.
• Assist with loading production materials and checking product accuracy.
• Operate basic machinery as needed across plants.
• Pack and palletize finished goods for shipment using proper techniques.
