Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5–10 years of planning/engineering experience.
• On-site work at Melrose Park, IL.
• Fluent English; Spanish preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials according to the master schedule.
• Schedule, review, follow, and control production plans in SAP with US/Mexico plants.
• Participate in daily Plant Management meetings to track progress and dates.
• Meet daily goals and reduce scrap; optimize capacity and lead times.
• Communicate delays to Sales and adjust production to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate across Sales, Shipping, Plants, Engineering and Management.
