Job summary

Lanco Group of Companies in Hazel Crest, IL is seeking a Master Planner to translate forecasts and demand into actionable production plans. You will lead schedules, optimize material flow, and collaborate across operations, engineering, and sales to improve on-time delivery and capacity utilization.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in production planning in manufacturing, with ERP/MRP experience (Epicor preferred) and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Logistics, or a related field.
• Experience in production planning/scheduling and materials management in manufacturing.
• ERP/MRP experience required; Epicor experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and adjust production schedules to meet demand and capacity.
• Optimize material flow using forecasting and ERP/MRP systems.
• Analyze capacity, inventory, and risks to ensure timely production.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, and supply chain to improve schedules.
• Support S&OP processes with data updates and coordination.
• Track on-time delivery, inventory performance, and schedule adherence.
• Communicate risks and mitigation plans to stakeholders.
