Job summary

Nikkiso Clean Energy & Industrial Gases is seeking a Production Manager to lead multiple production/assembly teams in Santa Ana, CA. You will drive KPI performance, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate with Safety, Engineering, and Supply Chain to meet schedules and budget targets.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in manufacturing with at least 5 years in management, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong command of MS Office, ERP/MRP systems, and project-management tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; strong leadership and 10+ years manufacturing ops experience.
• Minimum ten years’ manufacturing ops experience with at least five years in management.
• Familiarity with marine class societies is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office, MRP/ERP, and project-management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead production/assembly teams in a high-precision environment to meet safety, quality, and output targets.
• Drive KPI across production areas; optimize costs, throughput, and resource utilization.
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement and other groups to develop schedules and allocate resources.
• Inspire and mentor staff with a clear vision and actionable coaching.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders and ensure schedules and budgets are met.
