Job summary

Quovis, Inc. seeks a hands‑on Production Manager in Illinois to own floor operations across three shifts at Mokena or Richton Park. You’ll drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets while developing front‑line leaders and managing Production Supervisors and setup techs.

With P&L responsibility for assigned cost centers, you’ll partner with Quality and Engineering to resolve issues, implement standard work, and push continuous improvement across a lean manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in operations, engineering, or business required.
• Five+ years manufacturing leadership with P&L ownership and multi‑shift experience.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and production metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own daily three‑shift production operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost targets.
• Lead Production Supervisors, Team Leads, and setup personnel, developing leaders on the floor.
• Drive safety culture and sustainment of standard work and continuous improvement initiatives.
