Qualifications

• Minimum of five years leading supervisors and production teams.
• Experience in heavy industrial manufacturing such as machining or welding.
• Demonstrated success with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities and ensure alignment with customer commitments.
• Drive performance using operational metrics and corrective actions.
• Maintain presence on the floor and optimize resources.
• Develop and coach Production Supervisors and team leads.
• Implement Lean practices for efficiency improvements.
