High Bar Brands in Canfield, OH is seeking a Production Manager to lead operations in a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role moves from supervising to full facility responsibility, with a hands-on leadership style on the production floor.

You will drive safety, quality and efficiency, manage a master schedule, pursue continuous improvement, and develop your team while monitoring KPIs to inform decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of production or operations leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing or equivalent work experience; strong safety and lean knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership to production staff and drive a culture of accountability, safety, and excellence.
• Ensure adherence to OSHA and internal safety standards and lead investigations for incidents.
• Execute daily production against a master schedule to meet customer demands while maximizing labor, material, and equipment efficiency.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance throughput, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Oversee quality assurance and drive root cause analysis on defects and rework.
• Manage preventative maintenance and facility management to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Hire, train, coach, and conduct performance reviews; develop team members.
• Monitor KPIs and use data to inform decisions and drive improvements.
