Qualifications

• 5+ years of production or operations leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing or equivalent work experience; strong safety and lean knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership to production staff and drive a culture of accountability, safety, and excellence.
• Ensure adherence to OSHA and internal safety standards and lead investigations for incidents.
• Execute daily production against a master schedule to meet customer demands while maximizing labor, material, and equipment efficiency.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance throughput, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Oversee quality assurance and drive root cause analysis on defects and rework.
• Manage preventative maintenance and facility management to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Hire, train, coach, and conduct performance reviews; develop team members.
• Monitor KPIs and use data to inform decisions and drive improvements.

What You Bring

• Strong knowledge of safety practices, lean manufacturing, production planning, and continuous improvement methods.
• Effective communicator with excellent problem-solving, organizational, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or equivalent work experience.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk on the production floor for extended periods.
• Comfortable in a manufacturing environment with noise, heat, and moving machinery.
• Use of PPE (e.g., safety glasses, steel-toed shoes) is required.
