Job summary

Atlas Copco North America LLC seeks a Production Manager for its Houston facility to oversee the complete production lifecycle of compressed air and dryer packages. You will steer plant operations, scheduling, budgeting, and continuous improvement initiatives to achieve safety, quality, and cost targets.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to match capacity with demand, lead lean initiatives, and ensure reliable, compliant manufacturing practices in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience managing manufacturing operations and leading diverse teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills with a focus on operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize the full production lifecycle for compressed air and dryer packages.
• Direct plant operations, production scheduling, budgeting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to align capacity with demand and customer needs.
• Champion Safety First with OSHA-compliant practices and a zero-incident culture.
