Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Sr. ISC Production Supervisor (1st Shift) to lead and oversee production operations within the integrated supply chain.

You will supervise production teams, coordinate daily activities, and drive continuous improvement to meet goals and maintain operational excellence. Your leadership will foster a positive work environment and help develop a high-performing team aligned with Honeywell's standards and objectives, while ensuring safety and quality across production

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in production supervision or supply chain operations in manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience managing and developing production teams to achieve operational goals.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and production scheduling tools to monitor and optimize workflows.
• Ability to enforce quality standards and safety compliance in production settings.
