Job summary

Honeywell is seeking an ISC Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift (3pm–11pm) at our Palmetto, FL site. You will lead production teams, ensure safety and quality, and drive continuous improvement to meet targets and customer requirements.

You will report to the Sr ISC Production Supervisor and collaborate with supply chain, quality assurance, and maintenance to resolve production issues; a 5+ year supervision track record and a Bachelor's degree are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supervising production operations with a focus on manufacturing efficiency and quality; or 1 year as an internal Lead.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet schedules and quality standards.
• Lead, mentor, and develop production team members to enhance performance and engagement.
• Implement and sustain continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives to optimize processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, quality assurance, and maintenance to resolve production issues.
