Job summary

Honeywell is seeking an ISC Production Supervisor to lead and oversee production operations at our Palmetto, FL site. You will manage production teams, uphold quality standards, and push continuous improvements to meet targets and customer requirements.

This role reports to the Sr ISC Production Supervisor and operates on-site during 2nd shift (3pm – 11pm). You’ll impact efficiency, productivity, and safety across the site.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervising production operations with focus on efficiency and quality.
• Experience leading teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities to meet schedules and quality standards.
• Mentor and develop production team members to enhance performance and engagement.
• Implement lean manufacturing initiatives to optimize processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues.
