Honeywell Aerospace is seeking an ISC Production Supervisor (Finance) to oversee daily production operations at our Tempe site. You will manage resources, lead a team of production workers, and drive continuous improvement to meet schedules and quality standards.

The role emphasizes safety, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and optimize efficiency across the manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in production supervision or manufacturing operations.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, safety standards and quality control.
• Proficiency with production management systems to monitor workflow.
• Experience in leading teams, managing schedules, driving improvements.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and problem-solving methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities to meet production schedules and quality standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop production team members to enhance performance and engagement.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements on the production floor.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, quality, and maintenance to resolve production issues.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes and reduce waste.
