Job summary

Form Energy is seeking a seasoned senior manager of production to drive manufacturing of iron-air batteries at Form Factory 1 in Weirton, WV. You will lead production teams, optimize operations, and implement best-practices across departments to scale output while maintaining quality and efficiency.

The role requires a proven leadership track record, Lean/Six Sigma expertise, and strong data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of direct experience in operations and manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in operations management or related field.
• Experience with Kaizen, Gemba Walks, and OEE analysis to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead Form Factory 1 production teams across multiple lines.
• Develop and monitor metrics to gauge operational health and production goals.
• Collaborate with supply chain, quality control, warehousing, engineering and maintenance.
• Mentor and train staff to scale operations as the organization grows.
• Drive continuous improvement with data-driven decisions tied to OEE.
