Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment or 5 years manufacturing with 2 years supervisory experience.
• Effective oral and written communication skills; interpersonal skills.

• Coordinate and direct manufacturing shift supervisors and plant personnel.
• Develop production plans aligned to budget and standards; monitor contingencies.
