Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Senior Level professional to lead Production Integration & Implementation Planning for the ClaimsCore program in Windsor Mill, MD. You will drive early planning activities, align stakeholders across Peraton, CMS, MACs and partners, and translate PoC lessons into a scalable production strategy.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years with BS/BA; or 10 years with a MA/MS degree.
• Experience with TriZetto Facets or comparable enterprise claims-adjudication platform.
• Experience planning or executing complex production implementations involving multiple systems and stakeholder organizations.
• Strong experience with healthcare payer or government claims-processing environments.
• Experience with enterprise systems integration, interface planning and implementation.
• Experience developing integrated implementation plans, roadmaps, schedules and dependency models.
• Experience coordinating technical, data, operational and business workstreams.
• PMI PMP Certification and SAFe/Agile experience are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of the ClaimsCore production implementation strategy and roadmap.
• Lead planning of Tier 1 interfaces: I/F inventory, ownership, dependencies, specifications, connectivity, testing, certification, implementation sequencing and production readiness.
• Develop the MAC integration and transition planning framework for onboarding MACs into the future ClaimsCore environment.
• Identify current-state interfaces, dependencies, data exchanges, and readiness requirements with CMS and MAC stakeholders.
• Support development of the Production IMPS with workstreams, critical path, staffing assumptions, stage gates and risks.
• Develop sequencing recommendations for PoC to production parity, readiness, MAC onboarding, deployment and stabilization.
• Coordinate with Data Migration to incorporate historical data migrations into the roadmap.
• Coordinate with Claims Accuracy & Business Rules on migration, regression testing, parity and validation.
• Coordinate with Tech Ops & Security to detail cloud infra, environments, security, DR, monitoring and readiness.
• Coordinate with Change Management for MAC stakeholder engagement, training and cutover prep.
• Support five-year Total Cost of Ownership model including costs and drivers.
• Identify implementation risks and develop mitigation strategies.
