Job summary

Molina Healthcare is seeking a Senior Production Support Manager to lead a team responsible for stability and performance of custom claims processing solutions across Medicaid/Medicare programs.

You will oversee root cause analysis, implement monitoring, coordinate with Claims, IT, and business stakeholders, and drive warranty and post-implementation support to ensure timely resolutions and high-quality service across the organization.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of configuration oversight, claims, auditing, and/or health care operations experience in a managed care organization
• At least 1 year of management/leadership experience
• Advanced understanding of claims processes
• Advanced ability to identify and troubleshoot claim discrepancies using contracts/regulations/resources
• Ability to write complex SQL queries for impact analysis
• Experience with root cause analysis, incident management, problem management, and impact assessment
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead cross-functional investigations involving both business and technical stakeholders
• Strong multitasking ability and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration in a matrixed organization

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of Custom Solution Production Support Analysts ensuring stability and performance of custom claims processing solutions
• Oversees root cause analysis for complex production issues across stakeholders
• Represents as liaison with functional areas to handle escalated issues and facilitate cross-functional meetings
• Participates in development of custom solution defect strategies
• Analyzes production issues to determine root causes and types of defects
• Translates technical findings into clear communications for technical and business audiences
• Leads the 30-day warranty review process for new deployments and tracks outcomes
• Provides leadership reporting on warranty outcomes and trends
• Plans daily priorities and responds to leadership-driven priorities
• Maintains processes and documentation for production support and post-deployment warranty review
• Maintains operational metrics related to issue volumes, severity, aging, and resolution trends
• Develops and coaches production support team and leads performance improvement
