Job summary

SMS Mill Services, LLC is seeking a skilled Production Foreman for its Mingo Junction, OH location. You will directly supervise daily activities of a production team, ensuring safety, efficiency, and adherence to company policies on a 12-hour shift schedule.

You will lead by example, manage schedules, and coordinate with management on daily reports, inspections, and permits. Relocation support is offered and a competitive benefits package is included.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a production team in heavy industry preferred.
• Strong safety focus and knowledge of PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities and direct a frontline team to maximize output and minimize costs.
• Ensure safety requirements are met and PPE is used correctly.
• Prepare daily reports and communicate with management on inspections and checklists.
• Meet KPIs for efficiency and performance.
• Ensure compliance with SMS policies and local, state, and federal regulations.
