Exhibit Concepts, Inc. is seeking a Graphic Production Supervisor to lead the Graphics Department, plan workflows, supervise staff, and ensure on-time, high-quality deliverables.

The role collaborates with the Graphics Director and cross-functional teams to align production with project specs and safety standards. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in wide-format production, strong leadership, and a solid understanding of cost control and material planning.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical training in graphic production with at least 3 years of related experience.
• Experience leading, coordinating, or supervising graphics production staff.
• Strong knowledge of print production processes, materials, and quality control practices.
• Proficiency with standard business applications and ERP systems.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the Graphics Department and oversee daily production activities.
• Plan, prioritize, and direct work to meet schedules and project specifications.
• Coordinate with Design, Project Management, Production, Purchasing, and other departments.
• Monitor costs, labor, material usage, and productivity metrics.
• Ensure proper job procedures, archiving, and production notes are maintained.
• Promote safe work practices and provide coaching and performance feedback.
