Redwood Materials seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager for its Production Engineering team in Sparks, Nevada. You will own and drive programs to improve throughput, yield, uptime, and cost, coordinating with process, mechanical, electrical, and manufacturing engineers to plan, scope, and hand off work to operations.

Formación

• BS or MS in Engineering or equivalent evidence of ability.
• 2-6 years of program or project management experience in manufacturing/industrial settings.
• Track record delivering ramp, capacity expansion, or continuous improvement in an operating plant.
• Able to read P&IDs, process flow diagrams, and equipment specs; discuss with engineers.

Responsabilidades

• Own the program plan for production engineering projects, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, and acceptance criteria.
• Drive throughput, yield, uptime, and cost-per-unit improvement programs from definition to handoff.
• Sequence engineering work around production and planned outage windows with operations and maintenance.
• Run commissioning and qualification for new/modified equipment, including safety review and readiness.
