Redwood Materials seeks a Senior Operations Program Manager to act as second-in-command to the Senior Production Manager and run programs that keep operations moving—procurement, projects, continuous improvement, training, and day-to-day administration. They lead from the floor and serve as the link between operations leadership and the supervisors and leads on each shift.

The role requires on-site leadership across procurement, CI initiatives, and operator training, with full-time commitment

Qualificações

• Experience leading procurement, projects, CI, training and admin in manufacturing operations.
• Ability to manage budgets, track scope and schedules, and drive metrics.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and floor-based leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Procurement & Materials: manage spares, consumables, services, and capital items; own requisition-to-PO.
• Operations Projects: lead improvement and capital projects from scope to commissioning; coordinate with maintenance, engineering, EHS, and production.
• Training & Development: own operator training and qualification program; develop content and standards.
• Administration & Operational Support: handle reporting, documentation, scheduling, and records; prepare materials for leadership reviews.
• Leadership & Coaching: act as 2IC for the Senior Production Manager; coach supervisors and shift leads; liaise between operations leadership and front line.
