Job summary

Hanwha Q CELLS is seeking a Sr. Production Engineer to support daily manufacturing operations, collect and analyze data for management decisions, and develop production schedules.

You will partner with supervisors to track progress, manage inventory, and resolve production problems while leading cross-department initiatives for site-wide goals. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience in manufacturing or engineering roles.
• Strong data analysis, problem-solving and communication skills are essential.
• Experience integrating new technology into existing environments is valued.
• Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement and Six Sigma knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop production schedules and monitor progress with supervisors.
• Analyze data to create operational reports and KPIs for management.
• Identify root causes of issues and drive corrective actions.
• Support budgeting, productivity goals, quality and safety metrics.
• Lead cross-department initiatives and implement lean improvements.
