Hanwha Q CELLS is seeking a Production Engineer to support daily manufacturing operations under the Production Manager. You will collect, validate, and analyze data to create actionable reports for management decisions and develop production schedules in collaboration with supervisors.

The role emphasizes operations planning, continuous improvement, and data analytics, with strong use of ERP/MES systems and Microsoft Office tools to drive efficiency and productivity in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of related experience.
• Fluency in Korean strongly preferred.
• Strong data analysis and problem‑solving abilities.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience integrating new technology into a business environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop analytical tools to enhance production volume and profitability.
• Identify production issues, analyze root causes, and drive resolutions.
• Assist budget analysis and set operating goals for productivity, quality and safety.
• Prepare and analyze production reports for management review.
• Lead cross‑department initiatives to meet building‑wide goals.
• Support LEAN, Six Sigma and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Implement new manufacturing initiatives with strategic resource allocation.
