Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Production, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
• Impeccable math and analytic skills.
• Strong data analysis and data verification abilities.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, 5S, Lean/Six Sigma knowledge.
• Experience integrating new technology into business environments.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop analytical tools with production management to improve volume and profitability.
• Identify production issues, analyze root causes, and drive resolutions.
• Assist budget analysis and set operating goals for productivity, quality, and safety.
• Compile data into reports for management review.
• Provide production line support and implement process improvements.
• Apply LEAN, Six Sigma, and best-practice problem-solving methods.
• Lead and support cross-department initiatives to meet goals.
• Maintain records of labor costs and ensure material availability and capacity.
