Qualifications

• BS in Pharmaceutics, Engineering, or related field with 5+ years of experience, or 12+ years of equivalent experience, supporting pharmaceutical production equipment.
• Strong independent work ability, applying engineering principles and technical expertise.
• Experience leading capital projects and evaluating equipment options.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to train technicians.
• Knowledge of FDA/21 CFR regulatory considerations.

Responsibilities

• Regular onsite attendance and punctuality.
• Provide technical support to the production area for operating efficiency, troubleshooting, and coordinating with maintenance.
• Analyze equipment capabilities and set up equipment for new product launches.
• Monitor processes and collect data to drive continuous improvement.
• Evaluate equipment to increase capacity and upgrade technology.
• Mentor Production Engineers I and II.
